While I haven’t seen the arrangement, nor have I heard from the recipient, I do appreciate the ease of ordering and the notification that it had been delivered. Woods has been my go-to since 2020 after being ripped off by one of those florist places you find in the internet. I'm on the west coast & have family in Temple, TX. I call Woods directly now and every floral purchase has been beautiful, looks as full & as beautiful as the picture they show on their website. This last bouquet was a "Designers Choice" and I wrote a short sentence about why I was sending these flowers & they did a beautiful arrangement that was worth every penny. Thank you Woods for your commitment to customer service and high quality floral arrangements.
