The flowers were beautiful, and smelled really good! Also, delivery was great, and came quicker than I thought they would. I ordered flowers for my parents when our family dog died. The flowers looked exactly as they were pictured online. I received email updates throughout the process of the order being placed, to the preparation, to the final delivery. My mother loved them, and days later is saying how wonderful they smell.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
