I ordered online. While the exact item I ordered wasn't sent, an even biggger, beautiful arrangment of flowers was sent out on time. The only reason 4 stars is because they forgot to include 'who' sent the flowers on the card! Still, I will definitely purchase from this shop again. ---- Florist's Response: Hi Joanne, Thanks for your review. Beautiful flowers, the recipient loved them. Lots of blooms arranged nicely and looked really great.
